Hotel Reservation rule

Please, bear in mind, that sometimes some hotels make repair works, continuing to work in a usual mode. In this case, administration of hotels do everything to reduce inconveniences related with repair works. Since hotels do not always notify about such kind of work, we do not accept any complaints and claims from clients, which have appeared visitors of hotel in this situation.

In most hotels, check-in time is 14:00, but in some ones, especially in USA, this is 15:00 or even 16:00.

Triple/treble and Quad rooms can have two double beds or two-sleeping and one extra bed. In case of any misunderstanding/problems in your hotel, you need to contact with hotel administrator. Your complaints will not be considered, if hotel administration was not notified by you. We shall do everything in our power, that your claim was satisfied in the case of correctness of its requirement.

Rates and service payment:

  • All rates can be changed due to circumstances beyond our control (changing exchange rate more than 3%, changing conditions of contracts, etc).
  • All hotel rates are specified per room per night. Usually rates include breakfast and local taxes for each tourist in European hotels, in other countries only residing without breakfast. The type of breakfast you can find in the information on hotels.
  • If confirmed rate of hotel differs from published on our server, the confirmed rate is declared valid.
  • Room rates can rise for days of special events (sport events, exhibitions, fairs, festivals, etc.). You will be informed about rates and cancellation policy for this period when you make your reservation.
  • If you do not made payment in the period, specified in confirmation (after your verification of room reservation), your reservation is cancelled without the prior notification.
  • The payment of the confirmed services is made within 3 working days after reception of confirmation or not later than 6 days before arrival. At urgent reservation (4 days prior to arrival and less), you have to pay all reservation payments in the day of confirmation. At the announcement of the special conditions of cancellation you are obliged to pay complete cost of booking before the period of its approach (deadline).
  • If you cancel your hotel reservation and services less than for 4 days, you have to compensate damage equal to cost of the booking for one day. At hotel/service reservation during exhibitions, fairs last date of payment (deadline) is announced and the cancellation on any circumstances after the specified date will cost 100% free of your reservation.
  • The Embassy's refusal of entry visas is not the reason to change the penal sanctions stated above.
  • At your non-arrival (no show) to the beginning of service action (or hotel reservation) the payment cancellation is not accepted and fees does not come back. Hotel reservation is valid till 18:00 of arrival day.
